A Closely Guarded Secret for Distinguished Guests
Estancia San Jose is a beautiful 24,000-acre ranch located just over an hour's drive from the Rio Grande on the island of Tierra Del Fuego at Argentina’s southernmost tip. The property is tucked up against Argentina’s border with Chile and consists of rolling forested hills and vast open range lands that serve as a refuge to an abundance of wildlife including guanacos, foxes, rhea, pumas, and condors. The ranch was purchased and remodeled in the late 1990s and has mainly been kept as a private sporting retreat by the owner for his family and friends. Today the lodge is open to the public and serves up to four (4) guests per week on its 12+ miles of access to the Rio Grande.
